I had visited to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. The experience we had cannot be expressed in words this memory will be cherished for a lifetime. Great staff and especially the front desk manager i cannot recollect his name but he made sure that we had our best experience. Taj u have exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to visit again.

Well managed, humble staff and luxurious heritage property makes it best in class. Food was amazing we opted room in service and it was amazing experience.near by so many sight seeing that keeps you busy Nd entertaining, locations like historical monument, sea ride, city view. I stayed at the Towers for 2 nights. As you have access to all the amenities of Taj Palace as well, this is a more cost effective option. The hotel is lovely ( and opulent) but the staff make the stay worth it. Received a warm welcome at reception Ms V, was particularly helpful and informative. Chef Kamal at Shamiana is a dear and very attentive. The restaurant offers an amazing breakfast. The high tea at Sea Lounge was one of the best I've had and has a wonderful view of the Gateway. Sanjay in Wasabi was the kindest soul. I as having difficulty with my flight home and was distracted through what should have been a superb dinner. He was very understanding and patient, delaying courses, checking if I was ok, etc. The main downside was repeatedly being stopped by security/ground staff trying to establish if I was a guest. I was repeatedly asked for my room number as a means of verification and on one occasion rudely asked to leave the area with profuse apologies offered once I showed my room key. And no, my dress code was unremarkable. As a solo female traveler giving out room numbers is not ideal(I've had male staff come knock at my door in the middle of the night "to see if everything is ok" at some hotels) Secondly, I noted it was only individuals of Indian descent that was being approached...less said about that the better

My stay of nearly 45 days was made awesome by Ms Deepali at the Souk, Ms Shradda at Shamiana, Shri Vaibhav & Prashanth(Shamiana), Sri Javed and Shri Anslem(Souk). They served whatever was asked with smile. Special gratitude to Ms Deepali for making my daughter birthday special by making Special arrangements. A big thanks to Ms Prerana, Duty Manager, who is my go to person for any requirements. Last but not least my thanks to Shri Avinash Sehrawat, GM operations for personally taking care of my request and Shri Abdul Rashid, F&B in charge, for making my stay memorable. Taj Mahal Palace treats all its customers as Kings and that is why it is a LEGEND.

Thank you Taj Mumbai for creating fond memories of my mom's 75th birthday celebrations. From arrival you went over and above to upgrade her room to a suit and arranged cake . Everything was perfect including breakfast experience at Souk . Thank you Anselm for looking after us. Only issue we had was airport assistance was requested for our departure but seems it was not communicated to the airport staff. Apart from this, I would say its true statement that Taj epitomises customer service. Keep it up. And hope to see you for Dad's 80th !
